I joined Advantage Feeders as CEO in 2025 with a clear focus: to oversee our next phase of growth while staying true to what has always set Advantage Feeders apart – innovation that delivers real, on-farm results.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our internal team to ensure we’re well positioned to support our plans through 2026 and beyond. This growth extends both nationally and internationally, strengthening our ability to support customers wherever they operate.
An important part of this transition has been freeing up our founder, Gerard Roney to focus more heavily on innovation and in-field testing – the foundations on which Advantage Feeders was built. Gerard continues to play a major role within the business, driving product development and ensuring our systems remain grounded in real-world farming experience.
Looking ahead, we have exciting plans for 2026, with several new product developments underway. Our focus remains on building tough, practical systems that improve feed conversion, reduce waste and help producers get more from their pasture and supplements.
Advantage Feeders has always been about thinking differently – and that commitment to innovation will continue to guide every decision we make.
